Jr. UI/UX Designer

Hybrid Mediaworks is a Washington-based custom web design and development company dedicated to delivering tailored website solutions across various industries. Serving clients ranging from start-ups to established enterprises, we focus on helping businesses communicate their brand stories effectively through their online presence. Our Islamabad office is staffed by a passionate team committed to producing high-quality work. We are currently looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our Islamabad team in an onsite capacity.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to gather and assess user requirements.
- Visualize design concepts using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
- Design graphic user interface elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets to enhance usability.
- Develop page navigation buttons and search fields that improve user interaction.
- Create UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate site functionality and appearance.
- Produce original graphic designs including images, sketches, and tables.
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and stakeholders for constructive feedback.
- Identify and resolve user experience issues, including those related to responsiveness.
- Make layout adjustments based on user feedback to optimize overall experience.
- Ensure all designs comply with established style standards concerning fonts, colors, and images.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a related role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing professional design projects, especially for web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency with wireframing tools such as Wireframe.cc and InVision.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
