JR Tech is seeking a skilled React.js and Frontend Design professional with a strong foundation in frontend development and user interface design. The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience working with React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks to create dynamic, responsive web applications. This role focuses on translating design concepts into functional and visually appealing front-end solutions while ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimal performance. The selected individual will work collaboratively within a team to build efficient user interfaces, leveraging expertise in CSS3, HTML5, and state management tools to deliver high-quality results.
This position requires a proactive problem solver with a keen eye for detail and a passion for improving the user experience. While experience in managing teams is not necessary, the candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative development environment. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+) to ensure seamless user experiences across devices.
- Translate design mockups created in tools like Figma or Adobe XD into fully functional and visually appealing front-end features.
- Implement and manage state using Redux, Zustand, Context API, or other relevant tools to efficiently handle application data flow.
- Collaborate closely with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure smooth data exchange between front-end and back-end systems.
- Optimize web application performance and loading times by employing best practices in front-end development and build tools such as Webpack or Vite.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and handle browser-specific issues to provide a consistent user experience on multiple platforms.
- Maintain clean, well-documented, and reusable code using version control systems, primarily Git, to support project collaboration and scalability.
- Apply responsive design principles using CSS3 and HTML5 to create layouts that function flawlessly on various screen sizes and devices.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in frontend development to continuously improve development processes.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to uphold coding standards and quality.
- Debug and resolve front-end issues promptly, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively within the development team, communicating effectively to align project goals and best practices without managing a team.
