Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
  • Manage and maintain office filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and ordering supplies as necessary.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation logistics.
  • Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited institution with a bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential information.
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields is a plus.
