We are looking for a result-driven team leader to be responsible for monitoring and supervising a team of consultants to achieve the organization’s objectives and increase sales.
You will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum.
You should create a cohesive team that works efficiently together to maximize the sales team's potential.
The Team Leader will be responsible for leading regular team meetings to ensure that all team members have an open line of communication and can stay up-to-date on their progress, should also discuss any changes or updates affecting the team's performance and address potential conflicts between team members.
Team Leaders must also be able to recognize when a meeting has gone off track or is no longer productive and take appropriate action to bring it back on course.
