We are looking for a result-driven team leader to be responsible for monitoring and supervising a team of consultants to achieve the organization’s objectives and increase sales.
You will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum.
You should create a cohesive team that works efficiently together to maximize the sales team's potential.
The Team Leader will be responsible for leading regular team meetings to ensure that all team members have an open line of communication and can stay up-to-date on their progress, should also discuss any changes or updates affecting the team's performance and address potential conflicts between team members.
Team Leaders must also be able to recognize when a meeting has gone off track or is no longer productive and take appropriate action to bring it back on course.
Responsibilities:
- Directs, administers, and controls the day-to-day operations and activities of facilities and programs in an assigned area.·
- Participates in the development of area strategic plans, goals, make valuable decisions and objectives ensuring alignment with those of the region, division, and company.·
- Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.·
- Delegating tasks to team members and communicating in a transparent and constructive manner.·
- Enabling each employee to realize his or her own potential and advance within the organization.·
- Modifying undesirable behaviors.·
- Identifying ineffective techniques or procedures.·
- Should also be willing to give a helping hand to a team member that’s having difficulty in completing a task·
- Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.·
- Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.·
- Conducting quarterly performance reviews.·
- Participates in the implementation of divisional and company initiatives and strategies.
- Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.·
- Ensure resources are being used in an efficient manner, monitoring projects, and Reporting.
- Provides informal feedback on an ongoing basis and formal feedback in the annual performance evaluation process to identify and develop talent. Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
- Directs and oversees the business of the assigned facilities within a defined area through effective leadership and management of customer service, quality care, marketing, and responsible fiscal management.

Team Leader Requirements:
- 18 years of education should be completed.
- MBA from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a reputed industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or management preferred.
- Advanced supervisory experience a plus.
