We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling FMCG products across various retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively sell and promote our products to customers in retail outlets.
- Ensure effective display and merchandising of products to maximize visibility and sales.
- Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and staff.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure that the products are correctly priced, displayed, and promoted.
- Collect and report market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our brand presence.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Intermediate or preferably Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the consumer electronics or retail sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in multiple retail locations.
- Basic knowledge of merchandising and display techniques.
