Key Responsibilities
UI/UX Design:
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing to ensure optimal user experience.
- Design and maintain style guides, UI components, and interactive prototypes.
Front-End Development:
- Develop responsive web applications using React and/or Angular.
- Implement modern JavaScript (ES6+) to create dynamic and efficient user interfaces.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong experience with React and/or Angular frameworks.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Front End Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design and development projects.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, NgRx).
- Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools.
- Experience with CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass, Less).
