We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated SEO / PPC Analyst to join our team. This role will focus on driving traffic, generating leads, and improving conversion rates for our clients. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of SEO and PPC campaigns (excluding copywriting), ensuring the execution of targeted, effective, and results-oriented strategies. We are looking for someone who thrives on achieving measurable results and can independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that increase organic search rankings, traffic, and conversions.
  • Perform detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Taboola, and others).
  • Manage the technical SEO aspects, such as site architecture, crawlability, and page speed improvements.
  • Track and analyze the performance of SEO and PPC campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and manage budgets for paid campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with content teams to ensure alignment between SEO strategies and content output (no copywriting required).
  • Work closely with clients to understand their goals and provide regular performance reports.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and algorithm changes, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Conduct A/B testing and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an SEO/PPC analyst or similar role, preferably within the management consulting or professional services sectors.
  • Strong expertise in using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console, and paid advertising platforms.
  • Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Experience managing and optimizing PPC campaigns on multiple platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights that directly lead to improved performance.
  • Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, Optimizely, or similar for conversion rate optimization (CRO) is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex strategies and data to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Highly results-oriented with a focus on achieving project goals and client satisfaction.
