Jersey Precast is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior AP Accountant to join our Karachi office and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

You’ll report directly to the GM Accounting & Finance and work closely with our U.S.-based procurement, warehouse, operations, and management teams - so you’ll get real exposure to international business processes.

What we’re looking for:

  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise
  • Strong background in Accounts Payable processing, ideally in manufacturing
  • Prior experience in construction, precast concrete, or production-based businesses is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable coordinating across time zones

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

  • Manage high-volume Accounts Payable transactions accurately and timely
  • Enter and maintain vendor bills in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise
  • Create, update, and manage purchase orders
  • Match purchase orders, vendor invoices, and proof of deliveries
  • Record vendor payments through cash, check, credit card, ACH, and other approved methods
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies promptly
  • Review AP transactions for accuracy, coding, duplicate invoices, and approvals
  • Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation for audits and compliance
  • Coordinate with U.S.-based teams regarding invoices, deliveries, purchase orders, and payment issues
  • Support AP aging, payment schedules, and month-end/year-end closing activities
