We are looking for a skilled and motivated Shop Supervisor to oversee our sweets and bakers shop operations. The Shop Supervisor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring high-quality products and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sweets and baked goods, strong leadership skills, and experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the shop
- Supervise and train shop staff on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure that products are prepared, displayed, and sold in accordance with company standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop
- Implement and enforce health and safety procedures in the shop
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute marketing strategies and promotions
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred
- Proven experience as a shop supervisor or similar role in the sweets and bakers shop industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- A passion for sweets and baked goods is preferred
