We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our company.

Your key role will be to help us build up our business activities by implementing and managing marketing campaigns, analyzing user engagement data, and creating performance reports for various inhouse projects.

The Digital Marketing Specialist’s responsibilities will include tracking online marketing trends, collecting and analyzing data, developing campaign strategies, optimizing and reporting online campaign performance, and communicating with clients.

The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and implementation of online marketing strategies to enhance a company’s online presence, improve its brand awareness, and increase sales or leads.

You must be proficient in social media, email marketing, SEO, and other digital platforms.

The following are the main duties and responsibilities of a Digital Marketing Specialist:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies using various digital channels such as websites, email marketing, social media, and advertising
  • Monitor and analyze performance of digital marketing campaigns and report on their effectiveness
  • Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, etc.
  • Track the website traffic flow and provide internal reports regularly
  • Conduct keyword research and web statistics reporting
  • Contribute to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns
  • Use web analytics software to monitor the performance of client websites and make recommendations for improvement
  • Create and manage content marketing strategies and social media presences
  • Manage online customer acquisition and retention programs including SEO, email, affiliate, and graphics and social marketing
  • Interact with designers to improve user experience.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Qualifications

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
