We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual with an  to join our team as an Assistant Manager Operations and Marketing. This role is pivotal in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring smooth production processes, managing our social media presence, coordinating marketing activities, and contributing to market research and collaborations. You will work closely with the leadership team, acting as the right hand to the management in driving the company's growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

  • Oversee and resolve furniture production issues, ensuring timely and quality output.
  • Coordinate with various departments to streamline production processes.
  • Manage supplier relationships and inventory control.

Marketing and Social Media:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence in collaboration with freelancers
  • Manage social media accounts, including content creation and scheduling.

Market Research and Collaboration:

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
  • Reach out to potential partners and companies for market research collaborations.
  • Negotiate and establish partnerships with brands for collaborations and promotions.

Photography and Content Creation:

  • Hire and coordinate with photographers for product shoots.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality visual content for marketing materials.

Travel and Transport:

  • Travel to different locations within local or nearby cities as required for meetings, production oversight, and market research.
  • Ensure reliable transportation for travel needs.

General Support:

  • Assist with any additional tasks as needed to support the overall operations and growth of the business.

Qualifications:

  • MBA, BBA, or a related field degree.
  • Proven experience in operations management and marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools.
  • Willingness and ability to travel with reliable transportation.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
  • Master's in Business Administration or a related advanced degree is preferred.
  • Background in design or visual arts is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in operations management and marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel with reliable transportation.
