JAMHEX Company Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Manager Finance & Accounts to oversee and manage the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and maintaining compliance with accounting principles and regulatory standards. This role requires meticulous attention to detail in managing taxation, audit management, and risk assessment functions to ensure the financial integrity of the organization. The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring accuracy and completeness during month-end and year-end closing processes, leveraging ERP financial systems and applying knowledge of international and local financial reporting standards, including IFRS and GAAP. This position is designed for an individual with a professional qualification such as CA Inter, ACCA, AC, or MBA Finance, supported by 10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts roles. Although this role does not include managing a team, it demands a high level of independent working capability, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in using advanced Excel techniques for financial reporting and statement analysis. The successful candidate will uphold the best practices in accounting and contribute to the strategic financial planning and decision-making processes at JAMHEX Company Pvt Ltd.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS and GAAP standards.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting activities to support organizational financial planning.
- Conduct comprehensive financial statement analysis to provide meaningful insights and guide decision making.
- Manage regulatory compliance by keeping updated with relevant accounting standards, tax laws, and other regulatory requirements.
- Oversee and coordinate internal and external audit processes to maintain robust audit management.
- Ensure effective tax planning and compliance with applicable taxation laws and regulations.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing processes meticulously to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Utilize ERP financial systems effectively for comprehensive financial data management and reporting.
- Identify, assess, and manage financial risks to safeguard company assets and maintain financial stability.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to generate financial reports, conduct data analysis, and streamline reporting workflows.
- Collaborate with senior management to support strategic financial initiatives and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and financial records in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Continuously review and improve accounting processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
