Job Description
- Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software and programming.
- Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems.
- Assure database security and integrity.
- Establish recovery procedures and maintenance and review abnormal terminations and backup library.
- Good organization, time management and prioritization.
- Resolve computer software problems and oversee hardware performance to ensure effective utilization of software.
- Install, configure, maintain and record firewalls, switches and routers.
