Food Safety Officer

To control the process for managing food safety to ensure that all food that is produced is up to quality standards and safe to consume. Food safety officer inspects manufacturing processes, ensure health rules and laws are upheld, and check whether the standard of food is safe to consume. In addition, follow the principles of HACCP and it is each individual organization’s responsibility to form procedures based on this. Also required by law in order to comply with food safety regulations.

Specific duties and responsibilities

Furnishing daily progress reports of products.
Assuring the test results of the Milk, Cream and Butter.
Verifying and signing all raw material goods.
To maintain a daily checklist and keep it in record.
Coordinate with FSE and setter to minimize non-conformity.
Check the quality of products in each and every section and report to QA Manager.
Verify the environment is neat and clean at all times.
Keep a good moral attitude with his subordinates and colleagues.
Check the In-process and finished product Quality According to standards.
Acquire awareness about food safety, ISO, and Halal Management Systems.
Ensure the cleanest possible environment in production Sections.
Ensuring House Keeping staff is properly working
Product Registration, Staff Medicals applying, and Packaging matters
Other Tasks Assigned by Management
