TUTOR

J & IImran is seeking a dedicated Tutor with subject matter expertise and excellent communication skills to join our educational team. The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience teaching O&A Levels students and is a local resident familiar with the educational requirements and challenges faced by students at these levels. This role requires an adaptable individual who can engage students effectively and tailor teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs. Although this position does not involve managing a team, the tutor will play a critical role in directly supporting and enhancing student academic performance through personalized instruction and guidance. The Tutor will be responsible for creating an encouraging and productive learning environment that motivates students to achieve their academic goals. The ideal tutor uses a variety of student engagement techniques to ensure that lessons are interactive and comprehensible. This role demands flexibility to adjust teaching strategies based on student progress and feedback. The Tutor will work closely with students to identify areas for improvement, deliver lessons in a clear and supportive manner, and help them build confidence in their subjects. The position requires strong communication skills to maintain open dialogue with students and potentially with parents regarding student development.
