Logo Designer

Itsmebasit is seeking a creative and skilled Logo Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate holds at least one year of experience in logo design and specializes in brand identity design. This role involves working closely with a team of five professionals to develop visually compelling logos that effectively represent client brands. The Logo Designer must be adept at translating client ideas and brand messages into unique graphic visuals while maintaining consistency and innovation across all designs. The Logo Designer collaborates within a team environment at Itsmebasit, contributing creative ideas and refining concepts through iterative feedback. The role demands a sharp eye for detail and a solid understanding of design principles and branding strategies. The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in various design tools and software and display excellent time management skills to complete projects within specified deadlines, while also guiding and supporting team members in achieving collective project goals.
Responsibilities

Create distinctive and memorable logos that capture the essence of the clients brand identity.
Collaborate with the team of five to brainstorm and conceptualize innovative design ideas.
Develop multiple design proposals and iterate on feedback to refine logo concepts.
Ensure consistency and coherence in branding elements across different design projects.
Utilize design software to produce high-quality, scalable artwork suitable for various media formats.
Present design concepts and branding ideas to clients and incorporate their feedback effectively.
Stay updated with latest design trends and tools to maintain cutting-edge creative output.
Guide and support team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and client requirements.
Maintain an organized archive of design materials and project files.
