As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Expert, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions within an organization. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and end-users, to ensure the successful deployment and utilization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.

Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design and Implementation:

  •     Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  •     Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules to meet business needs.
  •     Implement and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including data migration, integration, and system testing.
  •     Ensure adherence to best practices and standards for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation.

2. Customization and Development:

  •     Develop custom workflows, plugins, and extensions to enhance the functionality of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  •     Customize forms, views, dashboards, and reports to align with business processes.
  •     Write and maintain technical documentation for customizations and integrations.

3. System Administration and Support:

  •     Manage user roles, security settings, and access controls within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  •     Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolution.
  •     Conduct system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
  •     Provide end-user training and support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.

4. Integration and Data Management:

  •     Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications, such as ERP or CRM systems.
  •     Define data migration strategies and perform data cleansing, extraction, transformation, and loading activities.
  •     Ensure data integrity and quality within Microsoft Dynamics 365.

5. Continuous Improvement and Collaboration:

  •    Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 features, updates, and industry trends.
  •    Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.
  •    Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify new requirements and propose system enhancements.
  •    Work closely with development teams and project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Azure Logic Apps, and Common Data Service (CDS).
  • Experience in integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other systems using APIs, web services, or middleware.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
