Position: IT Support Intern Role Overview As an IT Support Intern, you’ll assist our team with day-to-day technical support and gain practical exposure to computer systems, software, hardware, and basic networking in a professional work environment. Key Responsibilities Provide basic technical support to employees. Troubleshoot common computer, software, printer, and connectivity issues. Assist with hardware and software installation and setup. Support basic user account and system-related requests. Maintain basic IT records and documentation. Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff. Assist the IT team with routine technical tasks and other learning opportunities. What We’re Looking For Basic understanding of computers, Windows, hardware, software, and networking. Ability to troubleshoot basic IT issues. Good problem-solving and communication skills. Willingness to learn and develop technical skills. Proactive, responsible, and positive attitude. Final-year students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering , or a related field is preferred.
