Salaries:
Salary during Probation: PKR 180,000
Salary After Probation: PKR 310,000
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant field with a proven record of success and experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role in the relevant field during a professional career.

ISMMART Group of Industries is actively exploring candidates for the position of Assistant Director Accounts and Finance within our E-Commerce Division. This role is designed for finance professionals with a solid background in E-Commerce operations and the ability to contribute to financial management.
Job Description:
As the Assistant Director Accounts and Finance, you will play an integral role in supporting the financial management of our E-Commerce operations. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate in the formulation and execution of financial strategies aligned with E-Commerce objectives.
Executive Collaboration:
- Support executive leadership in guiding financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes specific to E-Commerce operations.
Capital Allocation and Risk Management:
- Assist in driving capital allocation strategies, making informed investment decisions, and participating in risk management initiatives within the E-Commerce domain.
Treasury and Cash Management:
- Contribute to treasury and cash management efforts, optimizing liquidity, managing working capital efficiently, and implementing strategies for cash flow improvement in the E-Commerce sector.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Collaborate in leading and mentoring the accounting team, fostering a culture of growth, efficiency, and collaboration within the E-Commerce segment.
Process Enhancement:
- Participate in identifying opportunities for process enhancement and contribute to the implementation of systems to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting, with a focus on E-Commerce transactions
Audit Coordination:
- Collaborate in coordinating and managing external audits, ensuring a smooth and efficient process specific to E-Commerce operations. Implement audit recommendations to enhance internal controls.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CPA, CMA, or similar professional certifications are desirable.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Accounting and Finance roles, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial position.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance within the context of E-Commerce operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data in the E-Commerce sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement in the E-Commerce industry.
- Proficiency in financial software and data analytics tools.
