  • Check CCTV Surveillance system and backup, internet connection properly working or not at every start of the day.
  • Start outlets monitoring before 10 mins of opening time.
  • Check outlet's cam activity and report to relevant group if cam's aren't activated after 10 mins of opening.
  • Check staff and their uniform whether they are complete or not, if anything is incomplete then inform in to the concerned group or person.
  • Check factory & production Unit for all cam's activation.
  • Check factory & production unit cams after 30 mins and if any prohibited activity is found then inform to the relevant person instantly.
  • Making Fine Reports and daily opening closing reports or retail outlets.
  • Communicate operations & Administrative team if any camera , light or surveillance equipment need to repair, change or highlight technical issue of factory and retail outlets.
