•  Implementation of project activities as per business process and project document 
  •  Development of technical documents and tools for capacity building of Community based groups as per project design. 
  •  Establishing Referral framework mechanism with government line departments and social safety net service providers on sustainable & adaptable livelihood, child and women safeguarding and WASH sensitization.  
  •  Organizing meeting with local market stake holders for devising strategy of reintegration of women labour in the market.   
  •  Strong collaborations with Government social safety providers Such as Pakistan Baitul Mal, Social Welfare department.   
  •  Development of resource material for events & sessions. 
  •  Supporting project team in organizing broad based campaigns on child protection, women rights, youth development and women entrepreneurship.    
  •  Build linkages with free health service in project target area/community.  
  •  Development of IEC materials for the project activities  
  •  Organizing Seminars in collaboration with Government departments and vocational skills service providers, industries, higher education commission and Women development.  
  •  To ensure sustainability, effective linkages will be built with free psychosocial services providers. 
  •  Any duty Assign by Line manager 
  •  Designing integrated work plans in collaboration with teams from other departments/thematic areas. 
  •  Coordinate with internal (Economic Empowerment Coordinator, CWDP Manager, other sector leads at CO & area level) & external (Social Welfare department, Dar al Falah,contractors, public health department, other organization’s representatives working in project areas, community activists, COs,

VOs and beneficiary households) stakeholders related to a project and other matters of mutual interest.

  •  In place a contingency plan to deal with external factors affecting or may affect the field activities
  •  Ensure preparation & record management of project activities.  
  •  Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly and other progress reports for management’s info.
  •  Preparation of financial and narrative reporting for project donors.  
  •  Ensure compliance with IR’s policies & procedures in true spirit for effective delivery of services to communities. 
  •  In depth understanding of IR values and their demonstration in the field while working with communities. 
  •  Abide by the IR zero tolerance policy towards bribery & corruption through sensitization / empowerment of communities on coping mechanisms so that they can raise voices as & when feel inappropriate. 
  •  Thorough knowledge of IR strategic priorities to ensure effective implementation with future sustainability. 
  •  Assist in the identification & documentation of organizational successes for showcasing IR work 
  •  Facilitate communities in an adaptation of environment friendly & cost effective approaches to meet their current as well as future needs with specific attention to climate change. 
  •  Focused efforts to be made for mainstreaming of marginalized groups i.e. Persons with disability and old age, minorities, Women & children etc. in consultation & implementation of project activities at ground. 
  •  Strengthen mechanisms to Influence the decision makers through communities to pay attention towards their core issues, give voice to suffering and the excluded, highlight the protection needs of people.
