MIS Database Intern

The intern will be given exposure of a database for the Program Department. He/she will learn how to execute the Documentation record in soft/Hard. She/ He will support the program team in generating tokens, receiving sheets, etc., and soft data of Right holders for each activity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The incumbent will be involved in hard/soft record management.
Generating tokens and assessment entries of Right holders.
Assist the MEAL Assistant/Program team in soft/Hard record management.
Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Person Specification:

It is essential that the post holder shows a good understanding and sympathy with the organizational values & principles, vision and mission as well as commitment to its SEAH (Sexual Exploitation Abuse and Harassment) protocols. We have zero tolerance policy towards SEAH and don’t support any action that promotes or encourages SEAH.

Required Qualification and Experience

Graduation Preferably DIT & Computer Sciences (essential)
Competent IT skills - MS Office (essential)
Fresh or 06 Month experience as an Intern

Familiar in the English language written (essential).
Committed & detail oriented (essential)
Good team player. (essential)
Be able to work under pressure (essential)
