RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Implementation of project / programme activities as per business process & project documents
2. Development of work plans for timely implementation
3. Surveys, Data Collection & report generation
4. Record management – field visits, CO meetings, beneficiary data etc.
5. Communication, Planning & Scheduling, Time, Stress & Conflict Management, Situation handling, Leadership Skills, People & team management
6. Capacity building of communities
7. Social Mobilization (3 tiers), Baseline surveys, Need assessment
8. Village / Community profiling
9. Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, ERP systems
10. Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
