•  Review and understand of program documents (manual) as well as strategy documents in detail for understanding project mandate / deliverables relevant to your role.
  •  Facilitation in identification and assessment of new children by carrying out domestic visits to orphan families for sponsorship.
  •  Support in signing agreement with sponsored orphan’s mother / guardian and maintain updated individual files as per policy.
  •  Facilitation to organize guardians into groups and arrange meetings. 

Operational (Elaborate the operational key results areas in detail).

  •  Facilitate to ensure the availability of sponsored children's bank account details for timely disbursement.
  •  Facilitation to ensure that the allocated families receive sponsorship money in time and complaints are resolved in time.
  •  Facilitate CWDP families are informed about cluster meetings and other interventions of CWDP for sponsored families.
  •  Maintenance of hard record that includes assessment record, legal documents, progress report forms, score cards, school progress report and other documentation.
  •  Ensure appropriate beneficiary’s data collection and screening prior to making any transaction.
  •  Ensure proper filling of forms and formats as per desired standards.
  •  Close coordination with line manager and team members for effective implementation of project activities.

  • Facilitate CWDP team for mobilizing and strengthen communities to provide safe environment to children and vulnerable ones.
  • Facilitation of CWDP team for showcasing and profiling of Islamic Relief.
  • Facilitate CWDP team for raising voice of communities for their rights.
