Operational Level

  • Supporting periodic reporting of each project being implemented in the respective area office in line with the M&A Framework.
  • Responsible for tracking progress against output and outcome level indicators for each project.
  • Furnishing and disseminating critical findings and observations relating to implementation project implementation plans and processes with the line manager as well as the respective project lead.
  • Holding debriefing sessions with concerned teams on critical findings and observations to chalk out action points and course correction measures.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating program/project level cumulative progress against output and outcome indicators on the Indicator Matrix.
  • Responsible for designing and conducting project-related reviews and reflections to extract important lessons learned for continuous improvement.
  • Responsible for designing and conducting KAP, Assessments, and Baseline Surveys.
  • Responsible for collation & consolidation of KAP, Assessments, and Baseline reports.
  • Collecting and documenting case studies and success stories
  • Facilitating internal and external action research activities such as impact studies, evaluations, etc.
  • Updating Performance Monitoring Tool (PMT(s) and MIS of the area

Accountability:

  • Reporting any non-compliance to beneficiary selection criteria to the concerned Manager as well as the specific project/program manager.
  • Receiving, registering, and supporting in investigating and recommending appropriate and amicable solutions on all beneficiary community-focused complaints according to the IRP Complaints Handling Policy document.
  • Support MIS/MEAL Officer Sindh in regard to maintaining, updating, and sharing monthly complaints handling and learning log-sheet.
  • Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

It is essential that the post holder shows a good understanding and sympathy with the organizational values & principles, vision and mission as well as commitment to its SEAH (sexual exploitation abuse and harassment) protocols. We have zero tolerance policy towards SEAH and doesn’t support any action that promote or encourage SEAH.

Qualification:

  • Masters/Bachelor degree preferably in social sciences.

Experience:

The candidate must have 1-year experience with Masters or Bachelor with 2 years of experience in the relevant field.

Computer Skills:

MS Office, Outlook, SPSS, the familiarity of working with online databases

Language:

  • Sindh language  is compulsory
  • Urdu, English dialect will be an additional asset

Key Personal Qualities:

  • Strong emotional intelligence and resilience, and able to maintain self-control in difficult situations.
  • Able to work under extreme conditions in field areas.
  • Good communication skills in local as well as English / Urdu language which delivers information with clarity in a wide range of situations.
