Technical Level
- Assist Project Engineer in conducting a technical survey of CPIs / damage assessment in the Villages
- Assist Project Engineer in Design and preparation of cost estimates of CPIs.
- Assistant Project Engineer in preparing sub project proposals for every individual CPI.
- Assist Project Engineer in guiding and training of communities in the implementation of water and sanitation schemes.
- Assist the Project Engineer in making case studies and reports of successful CPIs.

- Abide by the IR zero-tolerance policy towards bribery & corruption through sensitization/empowerment of communities on coping mechanisms so that they can raise voices as & when feel inappropriate.
- Assist in identification & documentation of organizational successes for showcasing IR work
- Participation and facilitation in the implementation of IR seasonal programmes.
