This individual will be responsible for providing customer support, managing data input, executing social media marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have exceptional English communication skills, a strong understanding of digital tools and platforms, and technical skills related to funnel optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and social media platforms.
- Address concerns, answer questions, and provide accurate information in English.
- Handle correspondence related to donations and other organizational inquiries.
Data Input
- Accurately input and manage data from campaigns using Excel and Google Sheets.
Social Media Marketing
- Create, schedule, and manage posts for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages.
- Assist in planning and executing online campaigns to reach target audiences.
Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English skills.
Social Media Expertise:
- Experience in managing and marketing through social media platforms.
- Understanding of audience engagement and analytics.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Islamic Awareness: Sunni Muslim, who prays the five daily prayers and have an understanding of Islamic values and the ability to represent the organization in alignment with its mission.
