Responsibilities
- Enter invoices, receipts, payments, and financial transactions accurately into the accounting system
- Maintain, update, and organize accounting records and spreadsheets regularly
- Verify data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and promptly correct errors to ensure reliable financial information
- Prepare daily and monthly financial reports to assist in accounting analysis and decision-making
- Organize and maintain accounting documents, ensuring easy accessibility and proper filing
- Support the accounts team with administrative and financial tasks to enhance departmental efficiency
- Supervise and coordinate a team of 5 data entry staff, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
- Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and facilitate training to improve accuracy and productivity
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all financial data and sensitive information
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial data and streamline data entry processes
