iShine Webhouse seeks a vigilant and detail-oriented CCTV Data Entry Operator to oversee surveillance systems and maintain precise records of security activities. The operator monitors live and recorded CCTV footage to detect and log incidents or unusual events, ensuring all observations are accurately documented in digital systems. The CCTV Data Entry Operator manages a team of three individuals, coordinating efforts to maintain comprehensive surveillance data. The operator prepares regular reports to support security management and works closely with other departments to address security concerns. Attention to detail and reliability are critical for success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Monitor live CCTV camera feeds continuously to detect and identify security incidents or unusual activity.
- Review recorded footage thoroughly upon request or during routine checks to ensure no security breaches go unnoticed.
- Accurately record and log all incidents, observations, and security-related events in designated computer systems and spreadsheets.
- Maintain and update surveillance data promptly to keep records current and accessible for security review.
- Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports summarizing surveillance activities, incidents, and observations.
- Coordinate and supervise a team of three personnel to ensure consistent monitoring and accurate data entry.
- Collaborate with management to address and investigate significant security incidents highlighted in reports.
- Ensure proper maintenance and organization of all surveillance data and files to comply with company policies and security standards.
- Train and support team members in efficient monitoring techniques and accurate data recording practices.
- Perform routine checks to verify the functionality of CCTV equipment and report technical issues promptly.
