We require highly talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic and vibrant marketing team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling and engaging marketing materials to promote our products and services. Your creative skills and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our marketing campaigns and enhance our brand image.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, design, and produce various marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, banners, advertisements, social media graphics, and other promotional materials.
- Create visually appealing presentations and infographics to showcase project features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop innovative design concepts and ideas.
- Collaborate with external vendors, photographers, and printers to ensure high-quality output and timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Provide creative support for website design, UI/UX elements, and digital marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom) and other graphic design tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design skills, including layout design, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
