Construction Supervisor

Iqrash Enterprises is seeking a dedicated Construction Supervisor to oversee the construction of multi-story buildings. This role involves managing all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. The Construction Supervisor will lead a team of 10 personnel, providing clear guidance and direction to maintain high standards of quality and compliance with safety regulations. This position requires a strong background in construction safety practices, blueprint reading, and project management, along with excellent leadership capabilities to coordinate multiple tasks and subcontractors effectively. The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in the construction industry and proven ability to supervise complex building projects. This role demands hands-on involvement in planning, cost estimation, scheduling, and hazard analysis to minimize risks and optimize resource use. The Construction Supervisor acts as the primary point of contact between site workers, contractors, and project managers, ensuring transparent communication and the successful delivery of construction objectives.
Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction operations and ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
Manage a team of 10 workers, providing leadership, training, and motivational support to enhance performance and safety awareness.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide construction activities accurately.
Prepare and maintain construction schedules, coordinating timelines for various tasks and subcontractors.
Conduct site hazard analysis regularly to identify potential risks and implement preventive measures promptly.
Estimate project costs and manage the construction budget to avoid overruns while achieving project goals.
Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Monitor work progress and quality, performing regular inspections and addressing any issues immediately.
Document all construction activities, incidents, and changes to maintain accurate project records.
Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients to report on progress and resolve concerns.
