Sports Facility Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sports Facility Administrator to manage daily operations and ensure the smooth running of our sports facility. This role is perfect for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is passionate about sports and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the sports facility, including scheduling, maintenance, and security.
Manage bookings and reservations for events, training sessions, and facility usage.
Coordinate with staff, coaches, and external partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Supervise facility maintenance and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
Enforce facility policies, rules, and procedures.
Monitor budgets, process invoices, and assist with financial reporting.
Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent service.
Organize and promote events to increase facility usage and revenue.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of sports programs and facility operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint & scheduling platforms.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
