Sales / Service Engineer - Biomedical

Iqbal & Company a leading importer and distributor of Medical Devices and surgincal Disposables, is seeking fresh biomedical graduates/ technicians eager to build a career in the sales and service of biomedical equipment (medical devices) and surgical disposables. Job role includes but not limited to:

Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, researching and recommending service improvements.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information includes quotations, installation and feedback forms.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by establishing personal networks and attend meetings with doctors for clinical discussion and meeting with the technical staff at hospitals.
Assisting the Head of Departments in finalizing the deals.
Preparation of tender documents and following up with the private and government sectors.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Serves as technical resource and works in collaboration with engineers and clients as needed to provide effective end user support and issue resolution.
Identifies problems in equipment and coordinates appropriate corrective action.
Installation and calibration of new equipment.
May supervise and train less experienced staff and provide on-call support as needed.
Stay abreast of the latest technology trends.
Performs other duties as assigned or required.
