We are seeking a passionate and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong desire to provide outstanding support to customers. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product or service information in a professional and timely manner.

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Proven experience in sales, with a strong focus on cold calling or lead generation (previous experience in insurance or healthcare sales is a plus).
- Ability to make a high volume of cold calls per day
- Timing: 7:00 PM to 2:30 AM (Night Shift) | (Monday to Friday)
