This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Karāchi. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients and ensuring their satisfaction.Timing: 7pm till 3amLocation: Sharah e FaisalSalary: 25k to 45k

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Empathy, patience, and active listening skills to effectively understand and address customer needs
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and management
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Intermediate or higher is preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is a plus
