Paklogics is seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our team in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user interface design, user experience, and a keen eye for detail. This role requires someone who can create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final handoff to engineering.
- Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
- Create and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).
- Adhere to style standards on typography and graphic design.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven UI/UX design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
