Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to join our dynamic team in Faisalabad. This full-time, onsite position requires a professional who is proficient in English and can seamlessly integrate into our fast-paced and innovative environment. Excellent communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and project success.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge AI and ML algorithms to solve complex problems and enhance our products and services.
Utilize your expertise in Python to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that supports our AI and ML initiatives.
Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to train and validate AI/ML models, ensuring high performance and accuracy.
Train, fine-tune, and optimize AI/ML models using various frameworks and libraries to meet project requirements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to align AI/ML solutions with business objectives. Communicate complex technical concepts effectively in English.
Keep abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies, and integrate new techniques into ongoing projects.
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
Proficiency in Python programming as well as its frameworks (Django, Flask).
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch).
Experience with data processing libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn).
Nice to have experience with Generative AI and existing LLMs.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, is essential for team collaboration and technical documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
