Sales Representative

Invent Power Tech Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in sales and a strong background in customer relationship management, lead generation, negotiation, product knowledge, and closing sales. This role involves engaging with potential and existing clients to understand their needs, effectively presenting products, and securing sales to achieve company targets. The position requires a proactive approach to build and maintain long-term customer relationships without managing a team. The Sales Representative will work closely with other departments to ensure customers receive optimal service and support. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential to perform product demonstrations, handle client inquiries, and track sales activities using CRM software effectively. The successful candidate must demonstrate a commitment to continuous growth within the sales domain.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to foster repeat business.
Identify potential sales opportunities through lead generation and market research.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements effectively to maximize revenue.
Utilize CRM software to record all sales activities, update customer information, and manage follow-ups.
Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the company within specified timeframes.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to confidently answer customer questions and overcome objections.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management to support business planning.
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other sales events to promote products and expand the customer base.
