Supervisor Sites

Interwood Mobel Pvt Limited is seeking a dedicated and skilled Supervisor Sites to join our dynamic team. In this role, the Supervisor Sites is responsible for overseeing site operations and ensuring compliance with safety standards while effectively managing a team of six. This individual plays a critical role in both project management and team coordination to meet client specifications and deadlines. With a strong focus on quality control, technical knowledge, and effective communication, the Supervisor Sites will conduct site visits, perform accurate measurements, and resolve on-site challenges to facilitate smooth project execution and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in a relevant field and will thrive in a fast-paced work environment, demonstrating excellent time management and workforce planning skills to lead their team toward success.
Responsibilities

Conduct accurate site measurements and perform daily site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to schedules.
Review installation quality to align with Interwood standards, managing and reporting site inspections prior to the delivery of materials.
Resolve on-site issues promptly and coordinate with the Assistant Manager Sites to ensure operational effectiveness.
Verify project specifications on-site against client orders to ensure all installations meet customer expectations.
Maintain regular communication with clients and sales representatives to monitor project progress and align efforts with client deadlines.
Ensure timely site handover to clients by obtaining the Final Field Report (FFR) and addressing any concerns raised by clients.
Prepare and review all site-related orders, ensuring that project completion aligns with specified requirements.
Inspect installations and review site completion bills for accuracy and completeness.
Develop daily work schedules for team members and document any site complaints or damages, providing evidence for future follow-up actions.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support project goals and streamline operations.
