Officer IT Support

Interwood Mobel Pvt Limited is seeking a dedicated Officer IT Support to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in IT support, including expertise in troubleshooting, networking, and hardware maintenance. As an Officer IT Support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance to ensure that all IT-related systems function properly for users across the company. You will play a vital role in resolving technical issues promptly, maintaining network performance, and enforcing IT security policies. This position does not involve managing a team but instead focuses on offering high-quality support to end-users and IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities

Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues, ensuring swift resolution of problems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot networking issues, including routing, switching, and firewall configurations to maintain network connectivity.
Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software applications on user devices, optimizing their performance.
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on IT equipment, ensuring all hardware components function efficiently.
Monitor network performance and security, identifying faults and optimizing systems for improved reliability.
Enforce IT security policies, ensuring that all systems and networks are secure and compliant with company standards.
Assist in maintaining Active Directory, handling user accounts, and controlling access permissions as required.
Utilize remote desktop support tools to provide effective, timely assistance to users both on-site and remotely.
Provide customer service-oriented support, addressing IT-related queries with a clear and professional communication style.
Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and stay updated with the latest IT trends and tools.
