As the Manager of Export Sales at Interwood Mobel Pvt Limited, you play a pivotal role in driving and managing the export sales strategy. Your primary responsibility is to achieve assigned sales targets by optimizing revenue generation from both existing and prospective clients in the international market. With extensive knowledge of international trade regulations, you utilize your skills in market analysis, negotiation, and sales strategy development to foster business growth and capitalize on new opportunities. Your effective communication abilities enable you to build robust relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met while delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales targets by maximizing revenue generation from new and existing clients.
  • Develop, build, and manage a robust client base in the export market through product presentations and service introductions.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and analyze new opportunities and emerging trends within the export furniture industry.
  • Understand and actively respond to customers' needs and expectations by providing tailored options and solutions.
  • Oversee and manage the front-end sales operations of the export business, ensuring collaboration with the design team for enhanced customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to client inquiries within a strict timeframe of 48 hours to maintain high service standards.
  • Review and prepare detailed tenders and bidding documents as per client specifications, ensuring compliance with requirements.
  • Coordinate with the costing department to secure accurate and stable gross margins, facilitating profitable business operations.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations to clients in line with their requirements, maintaining strong follow-up practices to close deals effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with Supply Chain Management (SCM) and other relevant departments to ensure the seamless execution of deliveries.
  • Perform pre-delivery inspections at clients' sites in coordination with the concerned teams before dispatching orders.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Utilize all internal software systems effectively and efficiently to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics regularly, providing insights and updates to senior management for informed decision-making.
