Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Utilize design thinking methodologies and creative problem-solving techniques to generate innovative design concepts that satisfy client objectives.
Create technical drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and other design software, paying close attention to drafting standards to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Lead project management efforts to ensure timely delivery of design solutions, keeping projects on track and within budget.
Present design concepts and proposals to clients, utilizing strong sales skills to effectively communicate the value of products and services offered.
Conduct market research to stay current on design trends, materials, and competitors, integrating this knowledge into your design work.
Work closely with production and operations teams to ensure that designs are feasible and align with manufacturing capabilities.
Provide ongoing support and consultations to clients to refine designs based on feedback, fostering positive client relationships.
