Interwood Mobel Pvt Limited is seeking a motivated and experienced Deputy Manager E-Commerce to enhance our online presence and optimize our performance across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective performance marketing campaigns, analyzing data to drive actionable insights, and managing the company's online product listings. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, customer relationship management, and supply chain operations, as well as the ability to lead and inspire a team of e-commerce specialists. As a Deputy Manager E-Commerce, you will focus on establishing a robust online marketplace presence, ensuring high levels of customer engagement, and driving sales growth in a competitive landscape.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across various channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing, ensuring optimal return on investment (ROI).
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, utilizing data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and enhance overall performance.
  • Create compelling content to engage target audiences and strengthen the brand's online presence.
  • Optimize website structure and content for improved search engine rankings through keyword research and the implementation of on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Manage product listings on platforms such as Daraz.pk and Alibaba.com, ensuring compliance and visibility while maximizing conversion rates through A/B testing and optimization efforts.
  • Oversee the companys social media presence by crafting captivating content and fostering interactions with the audience to elevate brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 2 e-commerce specialists, promoting collaboration with marketing teams to create effective content and promotional campaigns across all digital channels.
  • Supervise customer service operations for online channels, ensuring consistent product availability and accurate inventory levels to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage e-commerce budgets, conducting sales forecasts and negotiations with vendors, and ensuring compliance with online sales regulations.
  • Stay informed on the latest e-commerce technologies and marketplace trends, implementing best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
