As the HR Officer with Management and CEO Assistance, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a productive and positive work environment while providing comprehensive support to the CEO. You will be responsible for managing various HR functions, overseeing office operations, and ensuring seamless coordination with executive-level tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Human Resources Management: Implement and manage HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Administer employee benefits, compensation, and performance evaluation programs. Monitor and ensure the adherence of workplace health and safety protocols.
  • Office Management: Supervise day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. Coordinate and organize office events, meetings, and conferences. Collaborate with relevant teams to maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized office space.
  • Executive Assistance: Provide confidential administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments. Act as a liaison between the CEO and other internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in human resources management, office administration, and executive assistance.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
