International Sales Representative

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and at least one year of relevant experience. This role focuses on making outbound calls to potential customers, converting leads into sales, and directly contributing to the company’s growth. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and willing to work night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities within the system.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and listening.
- Basic computer proficiency to manage customer data and communication tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Good problem-solving abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
