International Sales Representative

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and at least one year of relevant experience. This role focuses on making outbound calls to potential customers, converting leads into sales, and actively contributing to the company’s growth. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be committed to achieving sales targets consistently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales opportunities.
- Professionally handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the system.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and listening.
- Basic computer proficiency to manage records and communications effectively.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Good problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
