International Sales Executive

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and at least one year of relevant experience. This role primarily involves making outbound calls to potential customers, converting leads into successful sales, and directly contributing to the company’s growth. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess the ability to engage customers professionally while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales opportunities.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities within the system.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and listening.
- Basic computer proficiency to manage records and communications.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Good problem-solving abilities and strong interpersonal skills.

Working Hours:
