IRC works in partnership with local government and non-governmental organizations and currently works in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Baluchistan, Sindh, and Punjab provinces.
Scope of work:
Social Mobilizers will work under the guidance and direct supervision of the Project Protection Manager. S/he will be responsible for implementing community engagement activities for communities’ access to the services, risk mitigation activities, and prevention work. This individual will be engaging community leaders on acceptance and knowledge of the local protection issues and mapping of available accessible protection services while conducting community discussions and action plans which engage men, boys, girls, and women to improve knowledge on services for people of concerns and how to reduce harm.
