Design and implement production plans based on sales forecasts and actual orders while coordinating with internal departments.
Ensure raw materials are available by managing requisitions and monitoring slitting reports to meet production needs.
Oversee daily repair work, adjust production schedules for urgent orders, and address any deviations from the plan.
Assist in generating monthly reports, prepare and revise offers, and consolidate departmental budgets for effective planning.
Identify and mitigate business and OHSE risks, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and PPE requirements.
Collaborate with plant supervisors and sales departments to optimize operations and support business objectives.
