The facility manager is required for a facility in Islamabad.
Job description:
1. Supervise engineering activities
2. Supervise tasks assigned by immediate senior
3. Maintain daily logs of operational and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment of building which includes HVAC, water pumping system, Boiler, and Power system(Generator, Transformer, LT HT panel, and distribution DBs)
4. Supervise a team of 11 members.
5. Maintain their duty rosters.
6. Supervise Project activities.
7. Documentation and reporting of project activities.
